Harrison H. Augur
Harrison H. Augur is a member of the Advisory Board for CA Partners LLC. In December of 2011, he retired as an active managing member of CA Partners,LLC.
From 1981 to 1991 Mr. Augur was an Executive Vice President and Director of Worms & Co., Inc., a New York based investment firm which specializes in investment management and direct investments. Prior to joining Worms & Co., Inc. he was a financial consultant to small companies and practiced corporate law in New York City with the law firm of Shearman & Sterling. Mr. Augur serves on the board of directors of several public and private companies. Mr. Augur was a founding partner of CA Partners, the predecessor organization to CA Partners LLC.
Mr. Augur is a trustee of the Yale University Art Gallery. He is a graduate of Yale University (BA) and Columbia University School of Law (LL.B). Mr. Augur also holds a LLM degree in taxation from the New York University School of Law.
Robert H. Alpert
Robert Alpert founded Atlas Capital Management, L.P. in October 1995 and as General Partner and Portfolio Manager, is responsible for the investments and operations of Atlas Capital Management.
Prior to founding Atlas, Robert was a portfolio manager for Luther King Capital Management ($7 BN investment advisory firm). At Luther King, he was also involved in the analysis, structuring and financing of private transactions. Robert also gained market knowledge working for Cardinal Investment Company and PaineWebber.
He holds a BA from Princeton Unviersity and an MBA from Columbia University. Robert is on the board of The Bob Buford Institute and Livada Orphan Care. He is also a member of the Lone Star YPO.
